‘Chalongra’ is a Norman 27 which we have owned since May2007, we do not know the history behind the name but will let you know if we can find out.

We have removed the original defunct 3 way fridge & replaced it with a Waeco compressor fridge / freezer. Fitted a leisure battery & a 300 watt inverter.

Because of the continuous smell of petrol in the rear cabin, we have removed the onboard petrol tank & moved it to a specially constructed off boat basket fitted adjacent to the outboard.

We cruise the lock free 42 miles of the Lancaster canal & our home mooring is at Moons Bridge Marina, some 6 miles north of Preston
